Santa Clara's Future??
Billion Dollar Project for the City of Santa Clara
But it is getting ill served......
Voters nearby voted against three of the best supporters of the project
A Negative mailer was launched against
candidates running for City Council
Who Paid for the Attack??
Check the 460s for Candidate LaCoursiere
After spend over 2,000 dollars to support LaCoursiere
4 executives from Related wound up spending money against proponents of their own project?
why??
Instead of sharing with the public how they intend to support community actions for the project,
City of Santa Clara's Project Manager for the Project deleted the emails from the Political Heavyweight assigned to the project
Isn't he supposed to direct community support for Related?? But, he seems to be helping mailers against Related's supporters
2000 dollars for LaCoursiere????
She came in third!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kevin Park who is opposed to development on the Northside came in second
This is what Kevin Park had to say about the City Place project, as well as all high density projects
"... helped put together a phased plan that was supposed to address the issues of growth, only to see project after project fail to follow that plan and bring more traffic, parking, and livability issues. It’s not about density; it’s about proper planning, and then following that plan."
That's right
Instead of helping Related, the negative attack against Related allies almost caused their defeat
Why???
Is this good community consulting??
