How Related spent thousands to defeat itself

Kevin Park (Seat 5): Again, if we could have free or subsidized shuttle buses to take us to places like this, the some of the issues would be mitigated, but not all. I would like to solve the existing traffic and parking problems before we start making things worse, but I also don’t have problems with working on new projects in tandem with addressing the issues, as long as we are serious about the effort. There is no doubt that a project like this could be a tremendous benefit for the City, but every lottery winner knows that there should be caution taken with every big change. Let’s get our process in order before simply getting bigger, and be aware of the issues this project will bring, not just look at the benefits.

Dominic Caserta (Seat 5): Yes I support using the 8 million square foot City Place Santa Clara mixed-use development project proposed for construction along Lafayette Street north of Tasman Drive.  Building this city within our City is a must in implementing by transit oriented environment in Santa Clara.

So, why did Copacabana and Roseann throw

at a candidate, who supports the project, using Related money?





Thanks to a donation to a candidate who had no idea what the Related project was about, (Roseann said let's build on top of buildings), of over 3,000 dollars to fund a ill conceived hit piece, Related almost elected Kevin Park.

This is an example of the sleazy piece done against an articulate supporter of Related

Checking funding reports for Roseann, who refused to even discuss Related on several campaign sites, we see thousands sent to her from Related business executives

Where did Roseann get the money for the hit piece??
